This is a trivia but a good thing to know when you are diabetic. So, is it when we are stressed? Exercising? Sick? Hot? Cold? Etc…

I helped a friend of mine that was diabetic develop a good diet for himself. Being on the diet reduced his blood sugar thereby causing less worry and stress about his health, happier and wanting to do more such as excercising (even just a walk).

I think the bottom line is what you eat and then everything else follows from there. Hopefully I have said this in a way that makes sense. G

There is no explanation for this. The usage of insulin is totally dependent on each individual's body so levels of blood sugar go up and down and up and down all during the day and night. Everyone is different there is no rule of thumb. You have to keep records of your blood sugar levels and what you ate to know your body.
