Most of the question I ask here are career related and here comes another. I like culinary arts, does going to a community college/trade school/whatever for that give me satisfactory prep to open my own bakery? Is it realistic to want to open one at all, and if so, will I make better money then working for someone else? I wanna know people, can’t wait for replies…

I have no problem answering questions that are cogent and thoughtful. But, I can't believe the staggering number of totally incomprehensable so-called "questions" that appear here.

It seems to me the US is way too deep into "social promotion" of kids through school just to get rid of them. There has to be something more we can do rather than churning out functional illiterates. If we keep doing that, we truly will lose our place in the world marketplace and community. Some believe we already have or are well on our way!

Any thoughts? Suggestions? Comments?

Well I Have A BIG science Test Tomorrow about microscopes and naming their parts for a compound microscope and I know all the parts except for the light source. I forgot what it it called. You kno wthe things that have a lightbulb inside and has a long cord you plug into the wall so the light works, Yah well i forgot its name. I think its like Imm.... somthing. Its the light source for a microscope. Please Please help if I dont ace it ill have to take it over. :(

I am in 9th grade. I recently took the NADT test. I scored quite well (98th composite national percentile). One thing that concerns me, however, is that it predicted that if I take the SAT in 11th grade, I will get a 515 in English and a 528 in Math. (Both state a potential inaccuracy rate of about 65, so it could be higher or lower). I know that this is already inaccurate because I took the SAT (the real SAT) in 8th grade and got about a 550 on both sections. Do you think that this prediction is accurate? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

that i dont think it is efficent learning in class.the class time is too long ,i can not concentrate myself on the class.what's more,i can learn myself ,faster and casually,i can get a good grade in the exam.however,some teachers may
