A douche is water and vinigar or some kind of saline in a bottle for women
the insert in there vagina to feel fresh on a not so fresh day some gynocologist do not recomend that women use it because our bodies are made to clean them selves natually. that is all it means
and who ever says that is just Dumm As*** saying that for slang
they have a very small pea brain.

A big idiot, basically... It isnt really a swear word, but it means something like it... A douche is something you DO NOT want to be called.
