I need to do a Web search to find four definitions for the grotesque. I need to focus on definitions that can apply to stories rather than architectural details or visual art such as gargoyles or medieval scroll work.

Growing up I never liked going to school. I could never make friends, people were into drugs, it was a really bad area. I don't want my children to go through the same thing. I also don't want to risk them getting into drugs or bad things. My daughter is only 8 months old, my son is going to be 3. So, should I home school them and for how long? What if they get older and want to go to public school, then do you let them?

Our private schools in the area are thinking about changing grade configuration. We have a new High School grades 9-12 with many area affiliated grade schools K-8. Two of the area grade schools are thinking about making "2 campuses one school". Splitting the grades into K-5 and 6-8. (They say it's because that's the way the text books divide them) The two existing grade schools are within 5 miles of each other with two more grade schools in the same city limits that are not involved at this time. Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with different grade configuration? My husband and I had traditional K-8 and 9-12. So we only know one way, but are interested in what's best for our childrens education. We vote on this October 1, 2006. We are looking for more research and opinions. Thank you.

I have an anlytical research paper due next Thursday, and need help. I didn't even know when it was due til today, and haven't started.

It is on the growth and maturity of Huck over the entire book. I have already asked a question similar to this last night, but didn't get any good answers.

To me I believe that colleges and universities are scamming us slowly into bankruptcy, the costs just keep getting higher, instead of the teachers going on why shouldn't the students go on strike for lower costs - just a thought
