Maybe, but just look up the sweetners on any food additive side-effects site. They cause depression, headaches, palpitations etc. etc.. I think that sugar must be better for you in the long run.

Hi yes it is, i was on weight watchers and any diet drink is no points and you can drink as much of these as you like, yet if you have a can of coke its 1 1/2 points, so why drink something that rots your teeth and is fattening, when you can drink something that is way better for you. abaut make sure you can have sweetener as some people are allegic to it, and people with epilespy cant have it, . If i have too much it makes me ill, but i always have diet drinks as they are better for you in the long run.

Yes it is NOT fattening. It has NO sugar and NO calories. You cannot gain any weight from diet lemonade or soda. That's a fact. And they have NO FAT in them whatsoever.

You need to consume calories to gain fat.

The question becomes do you consume less calories if you drink diet sodas. There may be less calories in the soda, but some people thing that it does not satify your bodies desired for calories and cause you to overeat later.

Yes but in a study, drinking diet sodas can cause some people
to gain weight. Not the sodas themselves, but there are other
elements involved.
