This site is such a great idea! I can ask any question and get like 50 different answers pronto, from 50 different view points. Which makes it so much better than a biased source like say, a history book.

The only drawback is having to filter out all the idiots, but hey, that's not Yahoo's fault.
I hope the moderators see this question and give me extra points.

Especially when someone picks your answer, over someone else who is higher ranked than yourself?

Not the feeling of vanity coz you're smarter, but a good feeling that maybe you made a real difference to someone in need of an answer to their question thats been bothering them.

Sometimes, we're overwhelmed by our own concerns and obligatons, we can't think of the right solution. Even if is right under our nose. Someitmes, we just don't have the experience or wisdom to see something in a different perspective. There is the hope that there is someone out there who may have the answer to our question, and for a minute or two, they may take us seriously and give us a hella good answer.

It may just make their day, that feeling of relief and being able to go on with their lives - and sometimes, the answer is just so funny that it tops off the day on a good note, your troubles aren't as bad as you might of thought.

I dunno if my roommates hated it. They sometimes made comments about it. I blame it on my balls, I do know my testicles are way bigger than average, so I have a huge sexual need. Back when I was 18, 19, 20, I was a really horny boy. I used to jerk off about 5 times per day. At night, when I woke up, in the shower, when I locked myself in the room. I really couldn't help it. I just migrated here in canada and I will be in a new school next week and all of us are going to be new students. I went there this week for registration and I met 2 girls. We only had small talks but when I was there, everyone seems to know a lot of people already because they were classmates before . On the first day of class, what can I ask them or good conversation starters to keep the conversation going? My mom told me to ask about their summer like how they spent their summer or of they had a great summer also if they took a part time job.what school they were from..what else can i ask them?

I am 33 years old and my husband is not able to work due to a recent permanently disabling injury. I have a job, but nothing is forever, and I only am a high school graduate. I work full time and take care of all the responsibilities at home, and have little free time, due to his disability. I am looking into going back to school for a business degree but am scared. I don't have kids yet, but don't want to watse the money for college if I am not cut out for it. I was not very good in school, but I have been working as an office / business manager since I was 18.
