I would say "I submitted all of the employment forms today" is even better.
And yes, "I look forward to working with you soon" would be correct.

The proper way of saying that would be
"I have submitted all of the Employment forms today"
"I look forward to working with you" will do just fine.

Contrary to other opinion, I think it most business-like to say: "I submitted all employment forms today".
Your second sentence is perfect.
You have a very good command of English. Don't be shy about it. The questions you asked were for only the slightest nuances. I feel you will have great success and good luck.

A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of online courses which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

I submitted all the Employment forms today.-There should be "of" where the first two answers applied. That is the correct answer. But if there is no "of", then this answer seems correct. But not posotive. The first one sounds kind of rude and not polite enough.
And it is OK to say: I look forward to working with you soon.

(1) It's a fine point, but I would say "the employment forms." (2) Your last sentence, "I look forward ...," is grammatically correct.
