Dining Out - June 2007

I am picking up my significant other at O'Hare Friday and rather than fight traffic back to Milwaukee, I want to surprise her with an outstanding dinner/experience. I have been to Nick's Fishmarket and loved it but would like to try something else. Any suggestions?

Can you buy Traditional English tasting fish and chips anywhere in New York? I mean properly wrapped in the paper with salt and vineger & greasy just like in the UK? Can you say where about in New York (preferably Manhatten) they have such a shop?

When it comes to fast food I love it BUT I have to remeber that I'm on a strict diet!!! My favorite fast food meal would consist of,

Burger King's Whopper (I love that char-broil taste) with RED onions, Rallys/Checkers hot flavorful fries with cheese,Wendy's Chocolate frosty and for dessert Sonic's Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae YUM!!


THIS IS MY FAVORITE WHEN IM OFF MY STRICT DIET!! ;)
(ONCE EVERY 3 MONTHS)

Can anyone please tell me why all around the world Burger King is called 'Burger King' except in Western Australia where is is called 'Hungry Jacks'? And before you say they are no the same thing -they have the same menu and Hungry Jacks symbol is the same as burger king, you know inside the burger buns.
