I went to McD's yesterday and asked if they had the Shamrock Shake out yet. The girl said , um no. and I asked when they were getting it and she said this is the first I've heard of it. After talking to someone who knew what they were talking about (the manager) she came back and said they did away with them this year!! I'm wondering if it was just this local McDonald's or nationwide. Has anyone else been able to get it at their McDonald's?

Malaysia, hands-down, has some of the best food in the world, available 24-7. But however delicious and tempting the spread, Malaysian food can be calorie-laden, which makes it difficult for the average Malaysian, especially when we're faced with great food at every turn.
With more Malaysians becoming more health and figure conscious, does it mean we're stuck making a choice between good food or good health?
