I worked at Tim Horton's when I was 15 too. It's not very hard, but I quit after 6 months. I didn't like the uniform (very geeky). The pay was good ($8.55), and all you do was get customer's orders, operate cash machine, bring the foods to the customer, smile, and that's it. I also had to clean the bathrooms, which was really gross. It was always busy - especially now... ROLL UP THE RIM TO WIN! (Employees can not participate, which sucked for me.... Someone won a grill once in the place I worked.) You sweep, mop, clean the counters, and do dishes - which are very gross, like, you have to clean all the left overs and stuff. Oh, and you get to have free donuts and drinks on your shift. Good luck.
