It's really demanding during the busy times and super slow in between. Also people get amazing angry at fast food places if things don't go right but that's true no matter what type of job you have. It'd also depend on the type of people you end up working with but like I said earlier, that's the case with any job.

You have to be patient, kind, understanding, and quick with your hands. That's why so many young people work there...at least for the quickness part.

I liked it when I worked there but then again I also got 2 raises while I was there too. However since the food was half-off, I gained some weight.

There's big $$$ in it if you make it into a career. My old boss drove a Mercedes.

Just be careful with any choice you make, weighing the pros and cons and go with it. Go to a local McD's and ask one of them in person.

not really, Its ok for a second income or if you are looking for extra pocket money. Even as a swing manager you dont get any benifits in most stores, I guess it depends too on if your store is coorperate or independantly owned. Mccoop stores seem to have more benifits and the pay is a little bit higher.
In order to get anywhere in this business you have to make store manager or higher. Its a lot of work, 6 weeks of management classes. A lot of learning.

You'll smell a bit after your shift but other than that, McDonald's can potentially be a good job.

It is a good job and you earn a lot of money if you get promotions often. I advice you to work there.
