Is it located in a safe area and how's the parking? How's the viewing and the food? Please answer only if you've been there. Thanks!

I've been to the area and the parent theater in Oakland so hopefully this will help.
Area: The area is safe, near El Cerrito Bart and the Plaza. I don't know that there's parking right there, but it's close enough to the plaza that you can park there and walk.
Food/Viewing (based on Oakland): The food is decent, I only eat pizza when I go. I never had trouble seeing, I liked sitting on the couches. They were spaced far enough apart and the screen was high enough that you could always see well.

very safe area a great place to have a good time altho parking can be abit odd go and enjoy you will love it
