I've noticed that the obligatory side dish to an order of chicken wings at many restaurants seems to be celery sticks and some sort of blue cheese dip. Not being a chicken-wing-eater myself, it seems to be a terribly odd combination. Other than "I dunno, it tastes good?", I have yet to hear a definitive origin for this traditional trio.

I live in the New Orleans area and noticed that the LA Grill in Mandeville was destroyed by Katrina. Recently it re-opened; however, I heard a rumor that it only caters. Is this true?

I ate at a mcdonald's in Florence, South Carolina today and I would like to know why the employee's working there are not required to wear gloves when preparing food or orders. This is not the first time. I have noticed it two times prior to this. Please check into this because when I ran a convience store where sandwiches were made, we were required by DHEC to wear gloves. Thank you
