McDonalds advertises the double cheeseburger for $1.00. The one around the corner charges $1.50 for the double cheeseburger between the hours of Midnight-5am. I found this out at 4am a couple of weekends ago after drinking 9 Long Island ice teas and got hungry. What if a person works the midnight shift and takes lunch between 2-4am? Is this discrimination of some sort?

I'm used to cooking my own fresh fish, and I expected a fish market in every corner in Boston. I'm amazed to find Dunkin Donuts in their place.

I have yet to find one, nothing too exotic, but fresh local fish.

I'm new to the area, make sure to specify the neighborhood. Thanks!

I assume you know what I mean - of the three (or two) that you have to collect, one is always rare. I want to know if I can throw away the ones I get. Thanks.

I'm looking for a restaurant in Long Island to take my date that is romantic, and formal. I want to be able to dress up very nicely in either tie or dress pants and nice, formal shirt (button down) and she would like to wear a nice dress. I'm hoping to find something that would be a $100-$150 dinner for two if possible, nothing over that. The Roslyn/Elmont area is where I'll be but I'll consider anything. Also, if Brooklyn/Queens/Manhattan have places, I'll consider them too. Any great fine dining tips would be great as well like what wine to order and such. I want to make a great impression!

What's a good Italian restaurant in the Boston- Cambridge area? A nice atmosphere would be a plus. Thanks! :-)

Or does it have to be fantastic to warrant a tip? What makes you absolutely refuse to tip? And if you see that a tip is included in the charge do you deduct it if the service isn't any good?

Really bad experience that I want to share with Ritz management. We were turned back after waiting for a reservation for 45 minutes. no apologies, arrogance, disgusting service. I was surprised, stunned and I wish the reservations had been for 6:00pm to actually have time to turn around some plan B. The service at the Ritz’ Maestro restaurant was politely disgusting, never got a chance to review the food.

My local pub has added some huge steaks to their menu, they are at least 2"(51mm) thick, they have called them America steaks and come with a bucket of fries and onion rings. They are delicous but very hard to stomach, whatever happened to the saying "Less is more"!!!
