Tell your man you are going to take him to brunch on you, and give him a good long kiss, when he ask you what was that for,tell him thanks for being you and caring for me.Hope that works for you,good luck and have fun.

Tell him he has two choices... either you pay, or you withhold sex from him. That usually works.
Other than that, I also vote for, "Hey, let's go eat, my treat!" Or, "Hey, I found out about this great brunch place that I want to go with you... since we're experimenting, my treat!"

You don't tell him you are paying. Toward the end of the meal, excuse yourself to go to the Ladies room, find your waiter/waitress, and give him or her your credit card. This way, the bill will be taken care of, they don't even need to bring it to the table. Anyway, its really not unusual for a woman to pay these days, most guys appreciate it, when its every once in a while.

Quite frankly: I am taking you to brunch and it is my treat! Then tell the waitress to bring YOU the bill when you are finished.

Tell him that you reserved it and is paid in advance already. Make sure you tell the waiter to give you the bill as if he wants to veify your identety with the info you gave over the phone of course you're really not gonna do this but- it's a way of making you BF believe it's been paid for..

Buy a gift card to the restaurant in advance, that way he has no choice :) Or if you really think he won't like the idea of you paying, tell him it was a gift or, you won it from a radio station or maybe something like that.

I wouldn't sneak the bill under him. It would totally devalue his manhood.
To get him to go out to eat, tell him that you want to take him someplace special.
And to get him to agree for you to pay for him. Tell him that you want to take care of him that day the way you feel taken care of every other day. He'll melt.

tell him you want to feed him, make him think you will be cooking, and when he gets to your house suggest going out, go to a restaurant and say, "my treat!"
