I've seen chicken cold cuts in the store before. Not as often as turkey, but they do exist.

I buy chicken all the time, unless you are talking along the lines of Turkey bologna, turkey ham etc. I know they make turkey bologna because you can change the flavor of turkey, by adding other ingredients to it thus making turkey bologna. I can only assume since turkey is cheaper and easier to change the flavor that would be the reason why. Regards KG

There are chicken cold cuts. Sara Lee makes several different kinds (oven roasted, bbq, etc.). I like it better than turkey!! It has more flavor and is just as healthy for you!!

chickens have smaller breasts so they are more difficult to process also chicken has a larger market for pieces - ex. fried chicken, buffalo wings...whereas turkey is often sold whole or in cold cuts....
