I know this may sound stupid... but are they... The reason I am asking is because I am looking at LCD's televisions on the PC Worls website and there are 2 similar models at different prices and one says it has a flat screen, the other doesnt... Any ideas...

I have direct TV and a HDTV but my box isn't so i don't get the HDTV picture and I don't want to pay extra a month and have to buy another dish for it...so is there any other way to add in to my TV?Ive heard of HDTV antenna and things you can put on your TV but i don't know if i could with the satellite box and all.

Whenever I use the HDMI cable, it flips from HD-snow to HDTV. On and off over and over.. The cable company says it is the TV, and Sylvanis says it is the cable.

As a test, I connected my PC to the HDMI input, using the same cable and got a perfect picture.

So now what?

I have a standard definition TV, and I'm looking for a new indoor antenna. Will I get any reception using an HDTV antenna? Obviously I wouldn't get HD quality picture, but would standard channels come in? I may get an HDTV in the future, and I don't want to have to buy another antenna. Thanks!
