My old TV used to make a high pitched noise which other people said they couldn't hear.

I have been told previously thatthis can be cuased on CRT displays when the EHT transformer (Extra High Tension?) is faulty. Is this correct?

Can this occur on LCD displays?

Since I got rid of my tv, I have not had a single migraine. I was suffering these almost every day. Could that have been a factor in why I got them?

I have tried every where to get this and the wiring that someone has done previously will not work on the new Randall Danfoos unit that i have got. The unit that i want to replace is the old mk9 from randall Danfoss and is suposed to fit directly into the old back plate. This it does not as it blows the trip switch. I have a emersion heater that stores the hot water that comes from the back boiler as does the heating. I have speant many hours trying different wiring combinations only to find that the control unit lights up and nothing else, no kick in from the pump the heating valve or the boiler itself. Ithink that someone has addapted the existing panel to work but now that this has had its day then im at a loss. Can you help. The supply is 240v.

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc

Just curious, can bandwidth be increased at all by reducing range, or is that just impossible? (at least power consumption and size can be reduced by reducing range, right?)

I have an HDTV and was thinking about buying the HD DVD add on for the 360. Many of my movies do not say HD DVD on them and some retailers keep telling me the movies will not look any better unless the movie says HD DVD? I would still think the movies will look better than without buying this add on even if the movie does not say HD DVD? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Love my Xbox 360!

I want to build a small room in a lot with only a bed, a gigantic TV, a surround sound system. and a toilet. Then I want to go out a buy a whole bunch of movies, get a satellite dish, TiVo, and all kinds of high tech electronics. Then I want to just lay down on the bed and watch the TV for the rest of my life and never have to worry about anything else. I'll order food over the phone, and I will never have to get out of bed except to use the toilet. What do you think?
