A good friend lent me a phone almost a year ago when he saw that I desperately needed one. It was a rather crappy phone from 7-11, though for the time it served my needs. these days, though, I spend around 50 bucks a month for its crappy service and feel I ought to get a normal phone and plan.
so...
I've been looking into plans and was hoping someone could help me out:
On the one hand T-mobile has a great looking plan: 40 bucks for unlimited night and weekends + 600 mins.
but sprint has a plan for only 30 bucks which includes 200 mins and has free nights and weekends -- but nights start at 7, not 9 like most services.
so, what should i do?
I don't really know about the service of these two companies or just about anything else. so any help provided is much appreciated.
thanks in advance!

I bought one and I'm working on getting it set up and I'm unsure. I guess you have to run one cable line to TV and one to PC, so I know I need a splitter, but will I also need to amplify the signal?

Any other advice or experience with this would be welcomed. Thanks!

On the move without mains electrics, and neither of the parties is carrying a laptop computer. Is there a method to transfer information from one gadget to another, e.g. from the small memory cards found in pen USB cards, digital cameras, mobile phones, MP3 players etc.

What object would your time machine be made out of? Theres the delorian in back to the future, a toaster in the simpsons, a chair device in the Time machine? What about yours?

Mine would be a Wrist Watch for portability.

After taping several TV shows, I rewound the tape, but it seems like it pulled off the take-up reel. When I press "Play", nothing happens. I've tried winding it by hand, but I can see that the tape doesn't move. It's only the one cassette - others work.

I set my player to record a movie on timed recording on my DVD/VCR recorder/player. It will stop recording and ejact the tape after recording for 37min 88 sec. In the lighted display where the time is the phase ERR 1 flashes. The VCR green light and the timer red light also flashes. Nothing in the manual says ERR 1. And the only thing it says about if your recorder will not record or stops recording is that power was interupt. My power has not been interupted and the tabs on my tapes are in tack. I called Philips and they say to send it in and it will cost me. Probably more then a new one. And they also said they could not guarantee that they could fix it and I would still be charged. Any tech wizard out there?

Alright. I'm thinking about getting a 60GB PS3, but will only do so if I know I can play in at least 720p high def. Here are my specs: I have a Dell W3000 television (720p compatible) and a Motorola Digital HDTV box (to get channels in HD). I don't think the Motorola thing is needed. I was wondering if I got the PS3, what would I need to get it to play 720p HD on my Dell TV? Hopefully you followed me through that.
