Yes, and you might already have it. In Windows XP, you can add by going through the menus: Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components -> FAX Services

Once you've added it, go: Programs -> Accessories -> Communications -> Fax -> Fax Console to operate it.

You can also send from programs by installing the Fax as a printer (after you added it as a Windows Component) and printing to the Fax.

You may need the XP install disk to do the initial add of Fax as a Windows Component...

Yes there are lots of programs out there, such as WinFax, but you will require a Scanner. If your not doing a lot of Faxing, it is an okay way to go. I'm sure you could easily find a free version on the internet 2 try.

Yes! You can fax to your computer.

Though I've never used the feature myself, I know it is possible
