why does my DVD player keep saying incorrect disc?

no matter what movie disc i try it says the same
I tried to put a dvd cleaner disc in it and it says the same

Then your DVD player is damaged. Have it repaired, or buy a new one.

mine does that when it cant read the cd try a different cd then take it back to the store and they will tell you were to get it repaired
