I have headphones i use for the computer.they cover my ears and i find when i use them my ears hurt.i am not playing music loud at all.even when i play it really low my ears hurt.its only when i put them on this happens and it lasts for a bit afterwards aswell.anyone any ideas or experienced this aswell............

It sounds like you may have damaged your ear drums. I would go see a doctor. It might be certain frequencies that are hurting your ears.
