I have tried every where to get this and the wiring that someone has done previously will not work on the new Randall Danfoos unit that i have got. The unit that i want to replace is the old mk9 from randall Danfoss and is suposed to fit directly into the old back plate. This it does not as it blows the trip switch. I have a emersion heater that stores the hot water that comes from the back boiler as does the heating. I have speant many hours trying different wiring combinations only to find that the control unit lights up and nothing else, no kick in from the pump the heating valve or the boiler itself. Ithink that someone has addapted the existing panel to work but now that this has had its day then im at a loss. Can you help. The supply is 240v.

If you are competent, then I suggest that you disconnect everything, trace out the existing wiring and then start from scratch with a suitable diagram, OR contact an electrician familiar with ch controls because not all are!!

Where are you?
