I Got A 15 GB Ipod for my 16th birthday which was 2 Years ago.My Ipod Does NOT want to hold a charge,meaning,It wont charge.Are You supposed to upgrade those after so many years??And Also,I Was talking to my mom about getting a new Ipod,and I want Either An Ipod Nano,or an Ipod Shuffel,But Im leaning More towards the Nano,more then the new shuffel,because the Shuffel looks cheaply made,and I planned on purchasing my Ipod from Sams Club.When I went on The Sams Club Website,I found what I wanted but It didnt have a Price.So,If you can give me a price of it,And answer my question,Ill give you the 10 Points......

How do you delete a playlist w/o deleting the songs in that playlist from an ipod nano (the old kind)? i've been trying to delete a playlist cuz I don't want all of those particular songs on a playlist, but i still want the songs on my actual ipod. please help me!!!

I have several albums of a particular artist on my iPod video. It lists the albums in alphabetical order. I would like to have the albums listed in chronological order. How do I do it? It doesn't seem to just let me click and drag the songs where I want in iTunes. Do I have to just give the albums ratings and arrange them that way? Any Ideas?

I cant decide if I want the zen or new ipod video. I like the zen for its screen, but ipod for its looks, and how thin it is. Does anyone have any suggestion on which one I should get? Also, which one has better sound...
I currently have an ipod mini, and sometimes it wont turn on, or it wont let me play certain songs, so i have to reset it and reload all the songs onto it. Is the zen that much work? Is the new ipod any better?

And I've had it on all day downloading the new Heroes episode and it still isn't even a quarter of the way done, so it really is taking that long! This never happens! Is this happening to anyone else? Is there anything I can do? (other than wait...)

I have a Dell Pocket DJ which I dropped on the floor, not a far distance, only off a 2- foot table onto linoleum. But now it doesn't do anything. Does anyone know what the inside of one looks like? I don't wanna take it apart unless I have to. When I turn it on, It says Dell on the display and just does that. I tried resetting it, and it does nothing. I noticed it made somewhat a skipping noise inside it, like the hard disk needle was jammed or something. That's why I wanted to know if anyone knew what it looked like on the inside, and can I repair the hard disk by myself if I had to? It's 2 years old and I don't want to ship it out and wait half a frickin' year to get it back, if I can just do it myself. It's either that or get an Apple iPod Nano, which I don't really want to do. I don't really like iPods that much.

okay my friend got an ipod from his uncle and his uncle got it form some dude who ever that is but it has a lock on it and we do not know the code andi have an ipod of my own and i was told if u forget the lock code just connect it to the computer and itunes will unlock it but it didnt so now i want to make it as if the ipod was brand new with the stuff that it came with from apple how can i do that i heard of restoreing but how do i do that also the screen say www.apple.com/support/ipod so what now
