Technically, they all do, since all current iPods use proprietary charging ports (either the dock connector on the Nano or the Video, or that funky powered headphone jack on the Shuffle), which means they can't be connected to other brands. I'd guess you mean that would just connect the iPod directly to AC power and not require you to use a computer for a powered USB port? If so, then yes, they also make those. Don't buy the official iPod model, though, because they're overpriced. For a lot less, you can find AC-USB adapters that come with a spare sync/charge cord (I want to say that I've even seen one packed with a retractable cable, but I can't remember where or what brand), which means you can leave one cable hooked up to your computer for syncing, and the other hooked up to theAC adapter for charging and/or externally powered use. Also, they're a bit pricy, by you can get external battery packs that will plug into the dock connector. Some are disposable (not worth the price), others use 9v batteries (again, not worth the price unless you want to track down rechargable 9v batteries and a charger that'll work with them), and still others use either AA or AAA batteries (your best option, if you can get one that uses them in pairs, along with some NiMH rechargables and a charger).
