I cant decide if I want the zen or new ipod video. I like the zen for its screen, but ipod for its looks, and how thin it is. Does anyone have any suggestion on which one I should get? Also, which one has better sound...
I currently have an ipod mini, and sometimes it wont turn on, or it wont let me play certain songs, so i have to reset it and reload all the songs onto it. Is the zen that much work? Is the new ipod any better?
thanks

I haven't tried a Creative Zen before but I suggest going with an iPod.

I had a 20gb iPod 4G (Long time ago, my first one BTW.) and I loved it! Then my screen broke and I stopped using it. Later I found an iPod Mini at my local skatepark. I loved the mini also. I like Apple for making the whole experience very easy. Hook it up, sync it, go.

I switched to a Zune in December and I have to say, it's a great player but I miss iTunes.

Besides, there are many iPod accessories.

zen vision m is way better because you can put your background while the ipod has a plain white dull screen. Also yeah the vision m is a little thick but it has a rank of 97 decibles and ipod has only 82 decibels which is the sound and who cares what other people say about it freezing it has a reset hole in the bottom just put a strait paper clip or pin and it will reset and no if you reset it wont delete all stuff that you put into it trust me i did it once. and it's way cheaper get it at circuit city it always on sale. so yeah get the zen vision m

I've seen comparison screenshots from the Zen and the Video...and yes, the Zen screen has richer, fuller colors. But I'm dead certain that this is because the screen is oversaturating everything. My iPod Video shows photos the same as what my computers show them, and I spend a long time tweaking the displays in to get them to where they looked correct to me.

The only issues I've had with my Video is that every couple of months it locks up and I have to do the Menu/Center trick to force a reboot (the important thing is that this is an option, and I don't have to wait for it to completely power itself down before I can reboot). But that merely puts it on par with both of my Gateways, and that's fine by me. I've also never had a problem with songs getting corrupted when loading.

The zen is more bang for the buck, I have a 30 g vision m and absolutely love it, go with creative zen. I don't really have any issues with it at all. I use several different programs to load it, it is easy to use, has lots of great features. Definitely a great value! Just check it out, you're gonna love it!

iPod. The new ones have better sound quality, because there was a flaw in the minis.
