I have my ps3 connected with a hdmi for video and av for sound. Now I got my ps3 directly connected to my surround sound using my av cables (which was included with the console) Now do I get better sound using my hdmi or better sound using my av.

i just got a ps3 and i need some help. for the internet connection my computer modem only has one hole for the enternet and its already used up by the computer how do i do it? is there something that can be put on there so you can have to cordsin one hole? also if you can put dvds into the system please tell me thanx! but i really need to know how to put the internet on there thank u sooo much!!

I just got a Playstation 3 today and love it. The problem is, I put it on a shelf covered on the sides and back. The PS3 is exposed in the front to room temp and has some space to breathe on the side. I left it on from 6PM to 11PM today to download demos and despite hearing that the PS3 doesnt get too hot, the PS3 was actually warmer than the 360 has ever gotten for me.


I was wondering, could my PS3 overheat in there and should I keep it out in the open, should I keep it where it is, or should I get an intercooler for it if I plan on keeping it where it is? I have heard that those are just a waste of money though.

For the playstation 3, I have a question. In a previous question someone replied that soon rumble would becoming back. Would you just have to buy a new controller that has rumble or buy a whole new playstion 3? And can you get upgrades on the PS3 that you own? Okay, in school I worked really hard. I got straight A's.. its crazy. So anyway my dad said I could get either an Xbox 360 or the PS3. And so I was always thinking about the xbox because all my friends have it and play on live. But the PS3 I have no clue. So I made a chart about ups and downs. So I tried showing my dad. I would like to have Playstation 2 games. I have mostly basketball games. So please help me have some variety with my games, so people won't be tired of playing the same genre of games. 60 and 80 are the same price (80 gig with free game) so should i just go with a 80 gig and download a update from sony so all the ps2 and ps1 games work for 80 gig.or will one come out or there isnt 1 ? im confused.
