there is 2 loose cables under the disc tray on my ps2 what do i do

My slimline ps2 used to work normally now whenever I play a game..I have to pick up my slimline ps 2 and hold it diagonal till the disc loads whats wrong and do I need to visit the game repair store..or is it a dust issue?? If I dont hold it diagonal it won't read!

Why can't they just make another playstation that can play any playstation game with a built in memory card like Xbox? This more of a comment because I need a playstation 1 memory card and I think its anoying.

Recently, my father bought a HDTv, so I beleive that's a very good excuse to buy a PS3, but to be honest I pretend to use it because of the Blu-ray movies rather than to play videogames (maybe only RE5, MGS4, GTHD), so this is what I ask: is the PS3 as good as a regular Blu-ray player and should I buy it?

How do you change the setting on the PS2 so that it plays movies that are rated PG-13, R... etc. I tried to play pirates of the caribbean but I don't know how to change the settings to allow it.

They were in a box when I moved and that box has not followed me. seriously annoyed cos all my uni stuff was in that box too :( What I am asking is has anyone out there got a website that I can look on to find the full manual??
