i have tried using the av cable with red, white, and yellow...where does the cable go if i am using the rfu adaptor...i am so confused of the correct installation...the light goes on the playstation box but having the dish network i cant get the right station to see anything

Option 1. use coax cable from the dish receiver to the TV, Use your video cables to hook up the playstation to the TV.
Push TV video button on remote to switch. Channel 3 for watching TV, Video output for Playstation.
Option 2. Use S-video to connect the Dish receiver to the TV.
Use your video cables to hook up the playstation to the TV.
Push TV video button on remote to switch. Video 1 output for Playstation. S-Video for TV.
Option 3. Use 3 Video cable splitters. on the TV video and Audio jacks.
Video 1 output for Playstation. Turn off receiver.
Video 1 output for TV. Turn off playstation.

we have tried too, but it never worked. i don't think you can hook it up. if so, i haven't the slightest idea.
maybe to the tv, but not to the satellite box.
