To me these are some good PS3 games that are out now:
Heavenly Sword
Resistance Fall of Man
Uncharted Drakes Fortune
Motorstorm
Rachet and Clank Future Tools of Destruction
Assassin's Creed
Call of Duty 4
As far as future games, here are some that I know will be awesome:
Haze
Metal Gear Solid 4
Metal Gear Online
Infamous
Grand Theft Auto 4
Heavy Rain
Killzone 2
The Getaway 3
Gran Turismo 5
Final Fantasy XIII, and a whole bunch more. I just wanted to list several.

Good games currently available for the PS3 are Heavenly Sword, Resistance Fall of Man, Assassins Creed and Call of Duty 4, among others.
PS: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is awesome too. There are a lot of great games coming for the PS3 as well.

Good online games: Resistance and Warhawk.
Good games: Resistance, Warhawk, Virtua Fighter 5, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Heavenly Sword, Motorstorm, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Ratchet & Clank, Assassin's Creed, Eye of Judgment.
Coming soon: Unreal Tournament III, Haze, Fifth Phantom Saga.

1). Ratchet & Clank - Tools of Destruction
2). Resistance - FOM (good multiplayer)

I have WarHawk and Resistance: Fall of man, both good buys for me. The one I'm waiting for though is Little Big Planet, check the video out

The only game worth getting is Metal Gear Solid 4 (which is not even out yet) Other then that there's no good games.
