Hi i have just got the new ps3 and im having trouble updating it and connecting to the internet.
It says i have to connect using the ethernet connection but my computer connets to the internet via usb i put the usb port into the playstation and it didnt work.
Please can someone help me out here thanks in advance xx

I have this tv that has been showing an ad on the screen, like it was still in the store trying to be sold to someone... One day the grandkids at grandma's started playing with it and that's what happened. Won't work right ever since. Is there a way to restore it to normal settings? Whenever we unplug it, plug it in and turn it on, it is still stuck on this setting! I've never seen anything like it. Displays messages such as, " This is why you need this tv" then goes on to say it's features. I'm all out of ideas, maybe you can help. The tv is 13 years old(Magnavox), so it's not the end of the world if no one knows how to fix it!

I'm sorry, I know this is really vague and undetailed, but does anybody know the title of the song where like that guy says "I looked on the charts and you weren't there"? It has a sort of Egyptian theme I think. And I think somebody in the song says "We're gonna party all night" or something. Thank you for any help!

So I have a Chocolate Verizon phone, and I have the Micro SD chip that can hold all my music and stuff. My laptop is not letting me add music onto it because it says that the SD is not formatted and when I click "Format" then it says that it is not able to be formatted. Can anyone advise me what to do, my little girl who will be 8yrs old next month has asked for a Nintendo Wii from Santa. I was going to buy it last month but the sales guy at Curry's said wait to October and they would be doing good deals. Well went to day and no place on earth has one. I could buy 1 from Amazon at £279 the same item 3 weeks ago would have cost £179. I dont know what to do. Is the Wii worth all the hassle and extra dosh or would a playstation 2 or 3 be better. She likes all the singing stuff and likes games like Big Brain and Dogs that she has for the DS lite. I dont know what to do as I havent a clue which console is the best. Please help.

I want to connect my 360 to my monitor. My monitor supports both DVI and VGA. Right now, my monitor's DVI port is being taken up by my PC, though. Of course, my 360 outputs YPbPr and RCA and I want to have sound and the best video quality the 360 supports, at the same time putting it through my monitor. On my PC, I have a TV Tuner that supports S-Video in. I was wondering if I should get a YPbPr to VGA adpater and plug it into my monitor or use the traditional RCA and get an adapter for the yellow cord into S-Video and put it into my TV Tuner. Right now I've got my 360 plugged into a VCR through RCA and then goes to my Tuner, however, the button reaction time is rather long.

Man I thought this was a slam dunk. I have dish network and thier dual tuner high-def DVR. I'm replacing my old second TV with a high def one. Now I want to view high def and be able to watch the DVR recordings on either one. Being told it cannot be done. I can get a second high def DVR - but the recordings will be specific to that TV - I don't want that. I like how I have it now - one DVR can be watched on both - just the second on is analog.

Some company must have solved this - I mean practically all you can buy these days are high def tvs. Dish, Direct TV, and Comcast all seem to think I'm asking them to cure cancer with this request (I'm more than will to switch to get this). Can Anyone help? Some tech companies probably mastered this already - right?

I recently purchased at a yard sale(for 5 bucks) a beautiful Paillard Bolex "Rex" 16mm camera, in it's carrying case with a ton of accessories. It's a turret camera and has all three lenses. It is in great shape and runs well. Is this worth using? If so, where can I get film for it? Have the projector, too.
