Will it still be High Definition quality on the DVD?

Ok I found It in a dumpster, but it wasn't IN the dumpster, it was next to it. So I brought it home, and when I plug it in it makes an obnoxious squeaking noise similar to when you let out air from a balloon. And when I press the power button it does nothing.


Does it sound fixable?

Hey pplz!

I'm about to buy a mp3 player and obviously i've heard about the nano iPod. I want something 2Gb and some friend of mine recommended the sandisk one. Of what she said it plays videos? And it's about the same price as the nano even in someplaces less expensive. Is the sandisk worth it? I also heard that the nano scratches easier. But sandisk has more features. Lots of good sides, some downsides, what should I do? What do you recommend???

I need help deciding on whether to buy a PS3 or a Xbox 360, I already own a Wii. I'm leaning towards the Xbox 360 right now I think.

I've read that in order to get the PS3 graphics to look good is to have a 1080p HDMI which I don't. I'm not going to go out and spend another $1500-2000 for a 42"+ 1080p tv just for the PS3.

this is something that has been aggrivating me for some time now, everytime i come to visit my parents, if my sister goes to vaccuum they make sure the tv is off, "cuz it will pull the color out". at my house i vaccuum with it on all the time and it has never affected it. does anyone know, like ACTUALLY know, not just opinions, it would be great to find out for sure

The battery is fully charged...even the power cord is connected....able to open the cassete compartment door and hear ding sound confirming that the cassette compartment door is open and the cassette is suppose motor up but it does not.

On LCD it prompts to take the cassette out.

Any one know the fix or what do you suggest?
