How do i upgrade my phone?

I have a verizon wireless phone, i want to upgrade with a Palmtreo 650 i just bought. How do i do it.

This is very easy don't forget best anwser also for verizon it is dial

Then press 1
then press 2
It will then update your phone for new local towers firmware etc...
