How do I use my blank video tape to record shows?

I purchased a Sony video tapes (http://www.sonystyle.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/eCS/Store/en/-/USD/SY_DisplayProductInformation-Start?CategoryName=&ProductSKU=12T120VL%2fKIT&TabName=feature&var2=) to record my favorite shows. I have the proper VCR, but am unsure how to proceed. Please help.

Should I get a Razr or the LG Chocolate?

My dad was gonna get me a cell phone for emergencies ONLY. I was thinking of getting the Razr because of its thinness and it can easily fit in my pocket. But I also wanted the LG Chocolate because it has an mp3 player combined with it. I've seen many bad reviews of the Chocolate though, mainly of the small touch pad but I have small skinny fingers. Which do you think I should chose?

sega genesis?

okay i have sega genesis but im missing all the cords, all i have is the one that plugs into an outlet, i think its called an ac power cord? ...on the back of it , it has a spot for a cable with the words CH3-CH4 above it, another that says RF OUT above it and another that says AV out adapter. no idea what any of this means and i need serious help.

If i have a....?

verizon cell phone and i pay once a month and verizon is free minutes after you call after 9pm and free if you call verizon to verizon. okay well my friend got cerison PREPAID phone. he pays money gets card on a minute and then puts the minuts on his phone. okay well is it still free if i call him and i wont get charged any minutes still. there both verizon but we pay different... do u know,?? any sites?? anything plz. thank you
