I have a spriont phone, I downloaded a call tone how come it isn't go on?

Just because you've downloaded a ring tone won't make it your default ring tone automatically. You'll still have to go into your phone's setting and change your default ring tone to the one you have downloaded. Consult your specific model phone's manual for more specific instructions.

if it's a call tone you have to set it up as your default call tone by going online and doing it...you can buy it (doesn't make it a default) if you have vision on your phone,, you can go to your homepage then my account, then my content manager...there's an option called call tones...then click on the call tone and set it up as your default call tone ( it lets you choose) lol i have no call tones so i don't know how to go from there, but i know how i can get you there...
