It depends, all you need is a cigarrete lighter, pretty basic in cars and a truck should have it, if you have that it will work just put the large end into the lighter when you take the cap off, but if there is no cap, u r out of luck =(

it should.but before connecting make sure the rating of the adapter matches with the battery voltage of your truck...(12 v/24 v)

It should work, there is no reason it shouldnt unless you truck is some type of special truck. i use it in my SUV and it works perfect.
