yea i kinda got pics on my phone that i wanna put on my cmputer and i ahve kooked it up and everything but like it now says that the computer cannot reconize device...wat o i do....and wat program can i donload for my pics?

go to tools on your phone and press connect to pc. if doesnt work read the manual it should be in there.

Did you first install the drivers on your computer for it to recognize your phone? Usually the cable to hook up the phone comes with a CD containing the software and drivers you need to make use of the connection. If the cable came with the phone, the CD is usually in the box your phone came in. If for whatever reason you did not get this CD or do not have it, try going to the phone manufacturer's website and look for support and/or downloads to see if you can download the drivers.
