I'm torn between purchasing the Blackberry Pearl and the Samsung Blackjack phones. I've also considered the Motorola MotoQ, but I've heard it has a lot of problems.

How do you transfer songs to an mp4 like i plugged in the usb port into the computer i plugged it into my mp4 but the little icon doesent show up in my compueter or in the star menu/toolbar so i cant explore the mp4 and drag and drop the song files into it.

This has been on my mind forever, and I don't really plan on buying ANY console until a company produces one. I hear the biggest argument is that it won't make any money, but I'm sure that has to be false, especially with so many open source tech and companies out there today that help better the world by sharing their code. Game companies could simply make the GAMES proprietary while the console's operating system and software would be open source. I always thought it would be cool, if your applying for a game company, what better way to show off some of your code, than on a console itself?

Does anyone know if were ever going to see an open source console?

I'm trying to get all the songs out of my old iPod before I give it to
my nephew, but don't want them all to disappear. I have already
downloaded them into my new nano, but don't want them to
disappear unexpectedly when I dock it after getting them out of
the old one. Can I do this? Or will it automatically override?

games wise which is better, i dont care about graphics as long as there isnt a vast diffrence between them. So which one is better?
And i think the Xbox360 is a better choice cuz its cheaper and has fun games like Rainbow six:vegas, Superman returns and the new GTA, but to play online u have to pay, which Really Sucks.

And best manufacturer's. Primary need is storage of songs, then secondary would be movies or pictures. I keep having to reformat the hard drive on my computer, so I'm loosing the songs saved & having to starting over again and again. Just need one database storage of songs to play back with/without earphones, play or download then transfer via my computer, play thru my CAR radio? Needing advise from people who have learned what works best and why. All answers will be considered and appreciated!

I have a Sony 1080p tv. I'm looking at my HD DVD player i just bought and it says that it is a progressive scan and it has an output of 1080i or 720p via a HDMI. Does this mean i won't be able to watch it in 1080i because i have a 1080p? Will i have to have a 1080i tv? My calbe output is a 1080i output, will this mean that the picture will look better on a 1080i tv or my 1080p tv? I somehow feel like i should have bought a 1080i tv because i won't be able to play things that are in 1080i, am i totally off on this?

i bought a 32inch lcd hdtv and the picture quality is great when i play my x-box 360 on it but when i watch regular tv it isnt the best...i mean my regular tv from wal-mart has better quality! so yeah! if you can please send me the best settings you have it would be appreciated!
