I'm looking for a cell phone that is inexpensive and that doesn't have a contract and I can just buy a card for it. Thanks for your help and I've already looked at Vrigin mobile and Telus mobile and I'm not too happy with them so I was wondering if there were any other ones in Canada thanks!

Where I live, there aren't many choices for prepaid or regular cell phone providers. I have used Tracfone, and if you're not a heavy user, it's not too bad. Look at their web site - tracfone.com
Also check into Alltel's U prepaid.
