I am looking into buying a halo game for chirstmas and i am wondering which one would be better for split-screen with just playing on the xbox with friends. I think halo 2 would be better but i did not know if they changed the split screen around. i remebered halo 1 being fun with 2 player. help me out pls.

this is obviously for HDTV in America. 720 progressive means there are really 720 lines of resolution. But 1080 interlaced means that they actually try to squeeze in 1080 lines of resolution into half that number. Well, at least that's how I understand it. Maybe I have this wrong. Maybe one y'all can explain. Thank you.

What is the easiest way to play my media files (.avi, .mpg, etc.) to TV? I have PC and Laptop but I cannot connect directly to TV as my TV only have AV in and my PCs only have VGA outputs. I am thinking either:
1. Buy VGA to to AV converter for laptop
2. Buy Portable Hard Disk with Media Player
3. Setup a Media Centre PC
4. Burn to DVD and play in DVD Player, but this takes too long
Is there any better idea?

OK..WHAT the ****!!!! I have a hp Ipaq 6315 with a detachable keyboard. my digitizer has not been working that well lately..its off by a millimter or so..somehow my unit did a hard reboot..and now I can't bypass the alignment screem, so now I cant use it????
Who would design such a moronic product???

If ANYONE knows how I can bypass this align screen after a hard boot so i can use this device, PLEAse let me know..i have so much info on this thing, it is not even funny.

whats up with that, it's not that i have one, but ive played the cube and it's pretty fun, i dont see anything wrong with it. and what about the Wii? why dont people like that? oh and whats with all the hype about ps3? sure it's got blueray and a 60mb hardrive, (big deal) but does anyone actually care? i mean GAME consoles are for playing games, you know having fun. it's not about adding extra picture quality or anything, why wont we just keep our Xboxs' and ps2, nothing wrong with those. opinions?

I just got a new iPod so I downloaded the new iTunes, when it went to import all my music it tripled all of my songs. How do I get rid of the unneeded two ones of every song?
There's over 3,000 of them now, so I can't do it by hand...

I've looked at cameras a lot in the last 2 days and I've about decided on the Kodak Easy Share Z612. Do you think this is a good choice based on being able to zoom in on the field at a ballgame? It says it takes a lithium ion rechargable battery. Does that mean that I can't use the Energizer e2 lithium AA batteries with the camera? And also has anyone ever ordered from Broadway photo and video? (bwayphoto.com) They seem to have the cheapest price, but I hadn't heard of that before so I want to make sure I order from a secure and safe site. Thanks a lot for your help!

I Just bought a panasonic TH-42px60u. So I LOVED this TV everytime I saw it - in the stores, at a friends place, even just reading the specs online.
But somehow in my living room the PQ just doesn't measure up!
I have Comcast service (Seattle Area, Motorola dual tuner DVR) and the SD channels suck. The HD channels keep showing up with bars on the right and left even though I adjusted the settings on the Moto box. (16:9, component - 1080i, 4:3 override set to stretch).
The TV is at Standard right now, with some brightness and sharpness adjustments.

I hate the idea that I have to keep changing the aspect ratio for the HD programming. And I don't want to watch with the black bars for burn-in reasons and it just looks ugly.

Moreover the HD picture looks bad! It's pixelated and annoying.

Does anyone else have the same problem? If you have the same TV and comcast service please help me.

Does the rule of thumb for rechargable batteries apply to the ipod as well? should i let the battery completely run out before recharging in order to prevent building a memory inside the battery?

I am looking for a Cingular or Unlocked 8125 pocket pc. I have searched the web and ebay and found nothing in my price range. I am not up for a new phone on my current cingular contract until march 2007, and I broke my V3 Razor. It still makes and recieves calls but the screen does not work at all. If I wait I can get a brand new 8125 pocket pc for 249, but I would like to get one now even if it is used. If you have one for sale or know where I can get one at a reasonable price please let me know.
