Every time I select a song from Realtone and try to purchase it, it says Authorization failed! I buy credits when it tells me to. What could be the problem? Thank you!

While the phone is still on pull off the battery. Let it set for approximately 4 or 5 minutes hopefully by then it will lose registration with the towers. If this is a Verizon wireless phone it should come up on the screen stating "Registering Applications" once you place the battery back on it and turn the device on. Let this process complete.

If it's not a Verizon Wireless device I'm not sure if other companies out there do the same as far as their registering the applications downloaded.


What is actually happening is the application isn't fully registered with the system you are operating on therefore it will not let you download to the device because it doesn't know which phone # to bill or take the credits away from at this point.

If the screen "Registering Applications" popped up and you hit the End key or some other key to stop it then it will not let you download anything until it has completed the registration.
