Can you tell me how to get my iPod library back into iTunes?

My computer that had iTunes (and my library) crashed so I bought a new one but I only have the library that is on my iPod. Is there an easy way to get it back into iTunes or do I need special software to do it? Thanks. p.s. - using XP if that makes a difference.

I believe the new iTunes (7) will allow you to sync from your iPod to up to 5 authorized computers. I am not sure if you need the latest generation of iPod to do it but it is worth a shot. If that doesn't work you can purchase software like the iPod Liberator www.zeleksoftware.com/liberator.htm I for one have not tried the iPod Liberator so I can not tell you how well it works.
