Will ripping song from your cd to an mp3 player hurt the cd?

I have to sell some jewelry on ebay and need to take a good picture of it. Everytime I snap a picture it looks all blurry and the brightness of the stones is all shiney. I have an excellent digital camera too I just dont know how to use it quite frankly. photographing diamonds.

How do I block a number?

I have a Nokia 6061 cell phone (http://www.nokiausa.com/phones/6061... How do I put someon's number on block? Also, do they notice when you put them on block when they call?

Anyone know how to permanently block a person's number? Thanks.

When I delete them as usual, they don't show up on the memory card, but when I order prints at the store and preview pictures on the store's device, the deleted pictures are there! I go back home, check it again, and they don't show on the memory card. Go back to the store, insert card in the store's computer - they are still there!

ok, so when i switch the phone on, the light comes on.... and the pin code goes in, and the phone beeps in all the right places... but the only problem is that.... THE SCREEN STAYS BLANK!!! If i get the screen fixed, will i still be able to get the memory that was saved on the phone???(because my QD automatically saves info on the phone not sim...) how CAN i get the info that was on the phone?? please help!!! I'm useless with these things!!

When I watch tv the picture is great but when I watch a widescreen show or movie I notice where there is no picture and the screen is black there are some really light white dots. You cant really see them but you can if you acutually stare at it. Does anyone know why this is happenning?

I am using Nokia mob ph. I came to know that nearly all phones support emergency calls such as to numbers "911" & "112". Are there any other nos other than this?
What are those "emergency calls"? When called to that no. will the telephone operator charge amount to our account. Where will the call be transferred? Who will attend that emergency call when called from a phone? For what purpose those emergency calls are used?

If you live in the UK; have a Sony Ericsson V600i, and you use Vodafone Email,... what are your settings?
So far, Vodafone have tried to get the settings working on my handset several times,.. and failed each time,.. they just can't get it right,..
If you can help me,. let me know an idiots guide to setting it up for UK usage; thanks.
