In most other countries, there are lots of internet places with phone cubicles where you can make cheap international calls, discounted. They are called locutorios in South America. Where are these places in NY? Any addresses?

Go to any corner newsstand- tell the guy which country you call the most and theyll sell you a card. Its 2 cent a minute to call Singapoe, for example.

Why not just buy a phone card? My wife calls her city in brazil for about 4 cents a minute, and you can use it anywhere (including home).
