Your customer satisfaction ? I really think these "award" wins are controlled and /or bought , when you must put forth tremendous effort to get satisfaction for a bad product .Why would a successful company make customers go through a dozen no-help "peons" before they come up with somebody with a wit of intelligence to solve your problem ?

When it's a car dealer , or a company product , do they just figure most consumers are not going to dedicate days & hours getting a problem resolved ? Does the cost of the item motivate you more, to get results ?

My cousin has a lot of great songs on his Ipod that I want to put onto my Ipod. He is going to come over with his Ipod and give me the songs I want. How do we do that without it screwing up my Ipod or his. I dont want it erasing all of my songs and I dont want it erasing all of his songs. Thanks.

I have a 27" crt INSIGNIA TV model number IS-TV040923 that has blocked channels. It asks for a v-chip password. I have tried to clear it but i am unable. I have called Best Buy where I purchased it and they are no help at all. I have called Insignia tech support but they won't help either because it has no warranty left. I know its a simple solution but I don't know it! I am tired of having several channels with the ugly blue screen!

i bought a griffen iTrip from a yard sale and when i got home i tryed it on it didnt fit on, so i looked at the manuel an it had a pic with an iPod photo and an iPod mini and on the pic the holes were ontop of the ipod displayed plz help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to understand surround sound more before i buy any. What is the difference between a "receiver" or just buying "home theater in a box". When does surround sound work with cable television? Satelite speakers are cordless right? How much watts do u really need for decent surround sound? Someone help me and tell me everything you know! thank you

I bought a new Razr from Ebay. It's on Cingular network and I currently have an internet plan for it. It's not allowing me to access the internet. Any help what be appreciated please. Why should I have to pay extra per month if I can't use it? You know what I mean? I would like to use it though. Internet works with my recent phone with that same Sim. I've heard a few people had problems with the internet when they bought a Razr from Ebay. Do I just have to call up and activate it or what? Thanks

For some reason my program guide is not up to date. Usually I can see programs like a week or two out. I can't even see what is going to be on today!! Anyone else having issues? It says it is acquring the guide, but this usually only happens when it is a new set up or you have to reboot. Nothing wierd has happened. Can't get on their website either. Anyone heard about them change everything to HD yet?

My ipod nano just stopped working after a year of use-- the screen died. I'm looking for something else that's better and plays videos.

I want:
- longevity (no more devices that die a year after purchase!)
- small size/form factor
- reasonably priced
- can play mpeg 4
- good battery life

What do you reccomend?
