For some reason my program guide is not up to date. Usually I can see programs like a week or two out. I can't even see what is going to be on today!! Anyone else having issues? It says it is acquring the guide, but this usually only happens when it is a new set up or you have to reboot. Nothing wierd has happened. Can't get on their website either. Anyone heard about them change everything to HD yet?

my program guide was off today too. I live in the southeast. I will be glad when contract is up, and can go back to dish network. I wish now i had not even switched over.

If you don't have Dish Network and a DVR I don't know how your living. All other companies are crap. I've tried them all and Dish Network is the best. 1 Good piece of advice is to NEVER cancel service with them, they don't let you come back ! You can move, just don't cancel service because your switching to cable.

I've had lousy service from DirectTv in the past. I dumped them and got all my money back. Terrible service all around. I refuse now to go back to ANY and all satellite tv companies. I went back to cable tv which has proven to be the best deal.

No issues here. Unplug the tuner and plug it back in.
