When it's a car dealer , or a company product , do they just figure most consumers are not going to dedicate days & hours getting a problem resolved ? Does the cost of the item motivate you more, to get results ?

I agree ! Every trade in is a bad deal, they have to turn around and sell it for a profit so they give you the bad deal. Sell it private and then go back to the company and lower your price from which you started....they would rather sell them then count them, go at the end of the month...that's when they do inventory
