Siemens cl75 why can't i open pic on my phone when people send them to me as txt,infer red,bluethooth?

when i open the pic it says "file larger (hxw) than supported" can i chage any settings plus people can't open them when i send them

if it is a video u can change the settings to mms length or something like that lol! gd luck!
