Is a negative input or output into or out of a logic gate generally considered 0 and no input or a positive pull considered 1? Also are PNP or NPN transistors generally used to make logic gates?

I have a Sony Ericcsson w600i.
This phone has the best features of any phone ever made.
Except, it's a piece of garbage.. I have had two 'flake out' on me.
Worthless..

I think wireless service ticks me off. It is 2006. I think that there should be service everywhere and no dropped calls. I mean people could breakdown in rural town and have no service. Be stuck for a long time. I guess I am venting sorry here.

the t.v. worked fine for at least a year... it was given to me by a friend so it was not new... the brand is an NEC and is at least a 27 inch screen... one morning i woke up and was going to watch the news... (it was working fine the night before)... then when i turned it on it made a hideous buzzing noise that sounds like 100 bees... there is just a white spot for the picture which is the size of the palm of my hand, and in that area there is a snow screen... sounds and channels work fine... i have no idea what’s wrong... please answer only if you know what you are talking about (that means no answers saying "ummm time for a new t.v.)

Okay, so we have a camera that can record video and then it has the whole hook-up thing so we can put videos on the computer, but, the thing I wanna upload is a home video. Can I play the video on the tv while recording it with the digital camera? It's a hilarious home video and I wanna put it on the computer but I don't know how I could do that..let me know! I never needed a cell phone until now. I just want a basic cell phone. I don't care right now for any exciting features.

1) Who has the best cell phone service?
2) What can I expect to pay?
3) Do I need to pay for the phone itself plus the monthly charge?
4) Am I charged for local calls as well as long distance?
5) Do they have pre-packaged phones that I can buy and use...sort of like buying a calling card?

So I have one of those 20gb iPods with color display (formerly known as the iPod photo) and I want to make sure I protect it. I bought a ToughSkin from Speck products, and it works very well, but because of the price, I can't buy so many of those. I have a frost white skin, but I always wanted a green or black one. Any suggestions (and preferrably with some kind of screen protection)?

the songs i bought through itunes skips in the middle of the song and goes straight to a new track or just stops completely
