i've had a lot of telemarketers calling my cellphone and they are costing me money. i have told them to stop calling but they still do. help!!! i've checked on the verizon site but it doesn't tell you anything.

You can't just let everything that looks fishy go to voicemail. It is illegal for telemarketers to solicit cellphones! You can also go to the national "Do Not Call" regristry and sign your phone number up, that might help.

I have Verizon, too. I don't know of a way to block telemarketers, through Verizon. But what I did, was I put my cell phone's number on the National Do Not call list. I did the same with my house phone number. So far, the only calls I get, at either number, is a wrong number call. Why they mis-dial is beyond me. They can be friendly when apologizing, though.
